Ecru Ergonomic Ball Sphere

Ecru-colored ergonomic or fitness ball. Zippered pouch with handle. Includes inflatable ball filling.

Inflate the ball gradually in three steps, taking about 13–20 minutes total:

1. Inflate for 5–7 minutes until the ball takes a round shape (approx. 40–50 cm).

2. Continue inflating until it reaches about 65 cm. The last few minutes may require more effort.

3. The ball is ready when it feels firm yet slightly flexible to the touch.

Note: The ball is highly elastic. Like a balloon, it takes shape with little air but requires more pressure to reach full size.

Cover: 100% polyester. Ball and inflator: 100% PVC

Cover: Wash in cold water. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.
