SHIPPING AND TRACKING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the area to which the shipment is made. For shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days. For shipments abroad, delivery times may be extended to 5 or 6 business days.

How much will I have to pay for shipping costs?

For shipments to Spain - Mainland, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are €3.99. Orders over €59.99 qualify for free shipping.

During sales and special promotions, the minimum amount for free shipping may vary.

For shipments to Balearic IslandsShipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and volume of each order.

For shipments to France and Portugal, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are €6. Orders over €69.99 have free shipping.

For shipments to Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Denmark and Poland, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are €8. Orders over €89.99 have free shipping.

Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?

No, the country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Please contact us via email at clientes@calmahouse.com. We will process the replacement as quickly as possible.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us via email at clientes@calmahouse.com. We will send a carrier as soon as possible to deliver the correct item and collect the wrong product.

What is the deadline for making an exchange or return?

The deadline for any return or exchange is 14 days after receiving the order. 

During sales periods, the return period is extended to 20 days from receipt of the order.

For orders placed between November 14 and December 31, 2025, during Black Week and Christmas, the return period is extended until January 14, 2026.

What is the procedure if I decide to make an exchange or return?

Send us an email to clientes@calmahouse.com. We will inform you of the entire process, depending on the type of exchange or return you wish to make.

To make a return at the customer's request, you must send the items back to our warehouses by your preferred means (post, courier, etc.) to:

As for the refund details, you just need to make sure your name is clearly stated on the return label so that we can identify the return.

Once we receive it, we will refund the amount you paid for those items using the same payment method used for the purchase.

On the other hand, if you want another item, you must purchase the new one through the website.

Do I have to pay anything to request an exchange or return?

Calma House will bear the shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to the company's direct responsibility (wrong item sent, flaws, or manufacturing defects). If the exchange or return is solely due to the customer's decision, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the return.

Can I exchange or return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has its original labels and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive the amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the item in our warehouse.

PAYMENT, PROMOTIONAL CODES, AND GIFT CARDS

I have a promotional code. How can I redeem it?

To redeem a promotional code, you should add the items you want to purchase to your cart. Before completing your payment, you must enter your discount coupon. If the code is valid and within its validity period, it will be automatically applied to the total order amount.

Vouchers and promotional codes from physical stores cannot be redeemed on the website.

Is it possible to purchase a gift card?

On our website, you can purchase a gift card and send it via email to whomever you wish. You will find different designs depending on the reason for the gift. You will find them at the bottom of our drop-down menu.

Virtual gift cards can only be redeemed on our website; they are not valid in physical stores.

How can you buy from the online store? Calma House?

In the online store at Calma House It can be purchased by space and by item.
Select the item you are interested in. You can view its main photograph and different views, zooms, or settings. The product page also includes a description, available sizes (if applicable), related information, and price.
If you wish to purchase the product, select the size (if there are several sizes available) and add the product to your shopping cart. At this point, you can decide to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. To proceed to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon. Here you will see a summary of your order. Continue shopping as a guest or register to keep track of your order history and enjoy certain benefits. Choose a shipping method, select a payment method, and confirm your order. Once accepted, you will receive an email with your purchase information.

Is it safe to use my credit card in the online store?

Yes, data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is affiliated with CES, the system will contact the issuing bank so that the user can authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Scalapay, and bank transfer.

In which countries can I shop online?

You can purchase in Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Belgium, France, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland, and Denmark. If you wish to purchase from a country that is not on this list, you can send us an email with your order to clientes@calmahouse.com. We will provide you with a quote for the order and shipping costs. 

How many languages can you browse in?

In the online store at Calma House You can browse in Spanish, English, and French. Go to the footer of the website and you can change the language and/or country.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" link in the Log in section. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset it.

Can I remove an item from my order?

You can remove items from your cart before completing your purchase by making payment. If the order has already been processed and/or shipped, it will not be possible to make any changes.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please email us at clientes@calmahouse.com.

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

Yes, please send us an email to clientes@calmahouse.com indicating the order details and the necessary tax information.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice (except PO boxes), as long as it is located in one of the territories where Calma House Sells through its online store. You can find more details in the answer to "In which countries can I buy online?"

Will I receive the same product as shown in the photo?

Yes, except for products that are handmade. In these cases, the colors or their arrangement on the product may vary slightly from the item photographed.
