Yes, data is transmitted using SSL encryption. For payments with Visa and Mastercard, only CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is affiliated with CES, the system will contact the issuing bank so that the user can authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.

No, the country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.
Delivery times depend on the area to which the shipment is made. For shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, delivery times range from 2 to 3 business days. For shipments abroad, delivery times may be extended to 5 or 6 business days.
Calma House will bear the shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to the company's direct responsibility (wrong item sent, manufacturing defects or flaws, etc.). If the exchange or return is solely due to the customer's decision, the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the return.
