How to buy in the online store of Calma House?

In the online store of Calma House you can buy for spaces, for styles and items.
Select the article that interests you. You can visualize your main photography and different views, zooms or environments. In the same product file you have the description, available measures (in case you have them), related information and price.
If you want to acquire the product, select the measure (if there are several sizes available) and add the product to the purchase cart. At this point, you can decide to continue buying or processing the order. To process the order, click on the cart icon. Here you can see a summary of the order. The purchase continues as guest or do it by registering, so you can keep the order of orders and obtain certain benefits. Choose a shipping mode, select a payment method and confirm the order. Once accepted, you will receive an email with the purchase information.

In which countries can I buy online?

You can buy in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Belgium France, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland and Denmark. If you want to buy from a country that is not on this list, you can send us an email with the order to clientes@calmahouse.com. We will budge the order and shipping costs.

How many languages ​​can be navigated?

Currently, in the online store of Calma House you can navigate in Spanish, English and French.

How much should I will pay for shipping costs?

In shipments to Spain - Peninsula, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 3,99 euros. Orders over 39,99 euros have free shipping costs.

In sales season, free shipping will be for orders over 49,99 euros VAT included.

In shipments to France and Portugal, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 6 euros. Orders over 60 euros have free shipping costs.

For shipments to Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Austria, Poland and Denmark, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 8 euros. Orders over 80 euros have free shipping costs.

In shipments to the Balearic Islands the shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and volume of each order.

Will I receive the same product I see in the photo?

Yes, except in those products elaborated by hand. In these cases, the colors or their disposal in the product may vary slightly from the photographed article.

Can I receive periodic information in my e-mail with the latest news and offers of Calma House?

Yes. Register in our Newsletter or accepts the reception of emails with promotions and offers during the high process as a client.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

Can I get an invoice in my company's name?

Yes. Indicate it in the request of the order or send us an email to clientes@calmahouse.com. In both cases you must facilitate the necessary fiscal information.

Is it safe to use my credit card in the online store?

Yes, the data is transmitted encrypted SSL. For payment with visa and mastercard only CES transactions (safe electronic commerce) will be accepted. After verifying that the card is attached to the CES, the system will contact the bank that has issued it for the user to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the charge will be carried out on the card. Otherwise the order will be canceled.

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it in the direction you want (except sections of emails), as long as it is in one of the territories in which Calma House sells through its online store. You have more specifications in the response to "In which countries can you buy online?"

Can the country of delivery be different from the purchase?

No, the delivery country always has to match the country of purchase.

How long will my order take?

Delivery deadlines depend on the area where the shipment is made. For shipments to Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the deadlines range between 2 and 3 working days. For shipments abroad, deadlines can be extended up to 5 or 6 working days.

Do I have to pay anything to request a change or return?

Calma House will run with transportation expenses in case the return or change occurs for direct responsibility of the company (shipping of wrong item, taras or manufacturing defects, ...). If the change or return is motivated only by the client's will, it will be the one who must run with the expenses that the return entails.

What is the deadline to make a change or return?

The deadline for any return or change is 14 days once the order is received.

What is the procedure if I decide to make a change or return?

To make a return, you just have to send us the articles back to our stores by the means you prefer (mails, messaging ...).

As data for refund, you should only make sure that your name appears clearly in the sender so that we can identify the return.
