How to buy in the Calma House online shop
The Calma House online shop allows you to buy by the space you want to decorate, by collections, by colour or by article.
Select the article that you are interested in. You will see the main photo and different views, zooms or settings. The product page displays the description, the available sizes (if different sizes are available), other related information and the price.
If you wish to purchase the article, select the size (if various sizes are available) and add the product to your shopping cart. Now you can continue shopping or complete your purchase.
To complete your purchase, click on the shopping cart icon. You will see a summary of your order. You may make your purchase as a “guest” user, or register with us, which enables you to conserve a list of all purchases you have made and provides certain other benefits.
Select a delivery method and a form of payment, then confirm the order. Once confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your purchase.
In which countries can I buy online?
You can buy in Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Andorra, Portugal, Belgium, France, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom. If you want to buy from a country that is not in this list, you can send us your order by e-mail to email@example.com. We will calculate the price, including shipping costs.
What languages are available on the web site?
At the moment, the Calma House web site offers spanish, english.
What are the shipping costs?
In shipments to Spain - Peninsula, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 3 euros. Orders over 30 euros have free shipping costs.
In shipments to France, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 6 euros. Orders over 60 euros have free shipping costs.
For shipments to Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, standard shipping costs in the online store of Calma House are 8 euros. Orders over 80 euros have free shipping costs.
In shipments to the Balearic Islands and the rest of countries, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and volume of each order.
Will I receive the same product that is shown in the photo?
Yes, except in the case of products that are hand-crafted. In these cases, the colours or their locations on the product may present slight differences compared to the article shown in the photo.
Can I receive periodic information on Calma House’s new products and latest offers by e-mail?
Yes. Sign up to our newsletter, or accept the sending of e-mails with promotions and offers while registering as a customer.
How can I recover my password if I forget it?
If you cannot remember your password, you can recover it by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link on the log-in page You will receive an e-mail with instructions for resetting your password.
Can I remove articles from my order?
You can delete articles in your shopping trolley while you are buying. Once the order has been processed and/or shipped, no changes can be made.
Can I cancel my order?

What should I do if I receive a defective article?
Contact us by telephone on [+34] 93.467.22.18 or by e-mail to email@example.com. We will replace the article as soon as possible.
What should I do if I receive the wrong article?
Contact us by telephone on [+34] 93.467.22.18 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send a courier as soon as possible to deliver the correct article and collect the wrong one.
What forms of payment can I use to pay for my purchase?
We use the following forms of payment: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfer.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Request an invoice in the comments section while you are ordering, or e-mail us at email@example.com. In either case, you should provide all the necessary fiscal details.
Is it safe to use my credit card in the online shop?
Yes, the data is encrypted using the SSL protocol. When payments are made by Visa or Mastercard, only authenticated transactions (Verified by Visa or SecureCode) are accepted. After checking that the card uses authentication, the system contacts the issuing bank for the user to authorise the payment. When the bank confirms the authentication, the purchase will be charged to the card. If authentication fails, the order will be cancelled.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at any address you wish (except PO Boxes), provided it is located in one of the territories that Calma House sells to via its online shop. For more details, see the answer to “In which countries can I buy online?”
Can the delivery address be in a different country?
No, the delivery address must always be in the country from which the purchase was made.
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the zone where the delivery address is located. For shipments to the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands, the delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. For shipments abroad, delivery can take up to 5 or 6 working days.
Do I have to pay if I request the exchange or return of an article?
Calma House will pay the transport costs if the exchange or return of an article is the company’s direct responsibility (wrong article shipped, damaged goods, manufacturing defects, etc.). If the exchange or return is the customer’s decision, the customer must pay the transport costs.
How long do I have to exchange or return an article?
Articles can be exchanged or returned up to 14 days after delivery.
How can I apply to exchange or return an article?
E-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide full instructions on the procedure, depending on the exchange or return in question.
Can I exchange or return any article?
Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition, with all labels in place and in the original packaging.
When will I receive reimbursement for returned articles?
You will be reimbursed via the payment medium used to pay for the purchase in a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank.
